Preventive Measures
Before build, specifications are cross checked.
Every build is checked before moving further in execution.
Post build its verified against specifications given by architect.
Daily quality checks are conducted by Project manager.
Summarised Quality report is send to HO every week.
Issues are discussed between PM, Project Co-ordinator and Quality officer.
Quality department directly reports to HO to avoid delays.
We make sure that Cost of quality is kept minimum.
